How to reset your password for Sage Intacct for Education

The video below demonstrates how to rest your password if you are unable to log into Sage Intacct.

If a user has forgotten their password, from the login screen they can go through the reset process by selecting ‘forgot password’.

1. From the login screen select Forgot password

2. Confirm your identity by entering your Company ID and User ID.

3. Then you will be required to enter a 6 digit verification code if you have 2FA set up, along with answering any security questions.

4. Create a new password that meets the criteria shown on the image below; Then click ‘reset password’

5. You will then return to the log in screen and be required to log in to your Sage Intacct for Education.
